Job Description

We are seeking a strong technology professional with 10 – 15 years of experience for the role of Digital Service Manager to lead the planning, project implementation, and the continuous development of SP Group's Data and Artificial Intelligence Platform (DAP). This role is a senior technology delivery position responsible for translating enterprise digital and data strategies into practical, high-impact platform capabilities and AI-enabled business outcomes.
Reporting to the Program Director, the role holder will not only oversee the end-to-end delivery,
adoption, and continuous improvement of the DAP, but will also be required to work closely with
business units, engineering, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, risk, audit and compliance teams, across all levels of stakeholders. The role requires strong judgement, structured execution, and the ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
