Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Digital Servicing projects including:
Liaison with Business Leads / IT colleagues to manage all activities related to the project.
Capture key information including objectives, benefits, risks, dependencies, scope, resources and costs.
Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues as required.
Identify, document, analyse and ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims.
Testing and develop controls around digital initiatives / Process.
Maintaining post production effectiveness of deployments and change management.
Manage project progress as per committed timelines, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realisation.
