Your role is to enable clients turn their customer data and marketing ambitions into concrete actions: smarter journeys, more relevant experiences, and measurable business impact. You’ll be **the strategic driver** who defines the direction, brings clarity, structure and ensure initiatives move from ideas to real outcomes.
