About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager who can lead brand presence, manage social media, oversee performance marketing initiatives, and coordinate cross-departmental activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SMM, digital campaigns, content ideation, and managing marketing operations in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a product-based or operations-heavy business is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across all key digital platforms
  • Develop content calendars, oversee creative production, and maintain brand consistency
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement


2. Performance Marketing

  • Run and analyse paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
