Job Description
This role will lead SAP implementation activities, oversee legacy system support, and champion the modernization of our digital core—ensuring Finance, People & Culture, and Legal functions operate efficiently, securely, and at scale across LATAM.
• Lead SAP implementation support and coordinate functional/technical activities (Finance, P&C, Legal)
• Own Level 2 support model for legacy corporate applications across LATAM (including Mexico CFDI)
• Oversee development PODs and application delivery for corporate capabilities
• Drive application modernization and digital core simplification
• Ensure alignment with central IT architecture, security, and compliance standards
• Manage stakeholders and business relationships regionally
• Govern change, release, and incident management processes
• Lead vendor management, contracts, budgeting, and cost control
• Develop and grow high-performing development and support teams
