Digital Support Summer Assistant

Purpose:
This position provides a wide range of services to the patrons in the Scott Library Media Creation Lab and provides support to the department in clerical, administrative and technical capacities.

Education:
High school diploma

Experience:
Some experience working with audio and video recording equipment and media editing software (including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Audacity, and OpenShot) for the purposes of media creation and manipulation. - Experience working with spreadsheets and collaborative software environments such as Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Dropbox.

Skills:
Ability to deal calmly and courteously with the public and with difficult patrons. Excellent customer service keyboard skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.Effective communication skills to provide accurate information
