Position Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled and business-savvy
Marketing Technology & CRM Manager to join our APAC IT team. This role will serve as the bridge between Marketing and Technology, responsible for the architecture, implementation, and support of Martech and CRM platforms across the region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing systems, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for management and delivery of Market Technology projects to ensure on time and high-quality delivery of our internal and consumer-facing experiencesManages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectivelyLead the technical implementation, configuration, and maintenance of different CRM & marketing platformsManage CRM systems from an IT perspective, ensuring stability, scalability, and complianceOversee integrations between Martech/CRM platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data lakes, analytics tools)Translate marketing and business requirements into technical solutions and architectureCollaborate with global IT, data, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistencyManage vendor relationships, SLAs, issue resolution, platform upgradesEnsure data quality, security, and compliance with regional regulationsImplement and maintain data governance frameworks for customer data across platformsSupport analytics and reporting needs through proper data structuring and access controlsLead regional Martech/CRM projects, including migrations, enhancements, and new implementationsAct as the technical point of contact for marketing, CRM & CIX stakeholders across APACProvide training and enablement to marketing users on platform capabilities and best practicesProactively works with business analysts, product managers, design, user experience, development and QA to understand project requirements and estimate effort to deliverOversees project from initial funding approval through delivery, including overall continuing project maintenanceEstablish a support structure to handle Mar Tech issues, and collaborate with different teams for issue resolution, be pro active to track the issues till closureProvides ongoing project update reports to internal teams, global & regional stakeholders Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field7+ years of experience in IT roles focused on Martech, CRM, or enterprise applicationsStrong technical knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms Experience with APIs, ETL processes, cloud platforms, and data integrationExperience working on customer data, Azure and Databricks platformFamiliarity with data privacy laws and compliance in APAC marketsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in a regional or global IT organization supporting marketing functionsKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery methodologiesCertifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Adobe Architect) are a plusExperience as a Technical Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing technical project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of digital solutionsExperience in managing delivery of customer-facing digital solutions, preferred have solutions with different APAC region (e.g. TMALL, Tencent, Douying, Line, Kakao, Whatsapp and other local platforms and solution)Strong grasp of current web technologies and APAC digital/Social media technology ecosystem as well as related business issuesExperience in driving Machine Learning to improve CRM overall programPMI or PMP certification or similar highly preferredSolid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycleExcellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentationAbility to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
