About the business 

We’re working with a large B2B, electrical wholesaler with a national footprint that’s investing heavily in its digital platforms and customer experience. They’re looking for a practical, people-focused Digital Training &
Platform Support Specialist to join on a contract basis for 6 - 12 months and support day-to-day digital adoption across their network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the capable go-to person when branch managers and direct customers need help using systems, and who can explain things clearly. You’ll sit at the intersection of digital platforms, training and customer support. The focus is on helping internal teams and customers use an existing web platform confidently and effectively, rather than building or engineering new systems.
