Digital Transformation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment & User Support : Design and implement internal web applications, automation scripts, and other digital tools (e.g., Vibe coding, Phyton) to streamline data collections, analysis, and reporting. Integrated relevant Built Environment technologies (DFMA, IDD) as needed.
2. Training & Adoption : Prototype AI-based features (chatbots, document summarizers) or data analtytics tools, fine-tuning them for departmental workflows. Ensure solutions align with the strategic tech roadmap outlined by the HOD.
3. Data Management & Compliance : Implement encryption, access controls, and other safeguards; proactively identify and mitigate compliance risk (PDPA, ISO 27001). Coordinate with the Manager on resource or budget requirements for secure solutions.
