Location: Mumbai/Chennai/Bengaluru


We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager/Consultant with 6-12 years of experience, who will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization through identifying process improvements opportunities across various functions and adopting new digital technologies and rethinking traditional business models to improve overall performance and customer experience. Acts as a catalyst for change, driving organizations transition to a more digitally enabled future. The role involves a combination of strategic vision, technical savvy, and leadership skills.

  • Coordinate between IT and Business - Act as a business consultant to analyze & understand business challenges beyond what is observed in technology and provide strategic solutions.
  • Collaborating with functional teams, technology experts, and sector specialists to co-develop end-to-end digital solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Develop end-end business process maps, data flow diagrams and knowledge base across applications and peripheral systems help driving Business KPIs
  • Develop and refine the “Vision and Strategy” leading to Value Generation Roadmap for the account globally.
  • Ability to drive requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, maintain configuration documentation, facilitate testing activities, and coordinate deployment activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring they are integrated smoothly with existing systems.
  • Focus on improving the customer experience through the adoption of digital tools and practices.
  • Actively engage with the broader Capgemini ecosystem to leverage tools, processes, and accelerators for Salesforce implementations.
  • Cultivating and expanding the internal digital transformation community within the capability through training, coaching, and recruitment efforts.
  • Order to Cash (O2C): Advisory understanding of order management, billing, receivables, and collections.
  • Plan / Plant to Load: Understanding of planning, production, inventory, and logistics from connecting operations to COGS, margins, and inventory valuation
  • Technology & Transformation Exposure: Experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA programs, with exposure to automation, analytics, and AI from a non-hands-on, advisory perspective


Your Qualifications


Work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.

  • Preferred MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization
  • Relevant industry expertise in Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking
  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm
  • Growth and results focused leader with strong experience in Lean and Digital Transformation in top notch organizations.
  • Process Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Services, Retail and Banking.
  • Basic understanding of corporate IT and systems like Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud or S/4HANA with related processes, technologies, and system integration.
  • Qualifications & demonstrated experience for leading ‘Lean’ projects or application of 6Sigma methodologies with quantifiable efficiency and quality improvements is a plus
  • Boundaryless Collaboration – Able to operate in a complex org structure and collaborate with multiple stakeholders globally.
  • Certification Preferred - Six Sigma, TOGAF, PMP, Lean
  • Digitally savvy with high levels of consultative selling skills and Applied AI experience.
  • Global exposure with consistent track record for digital projects across these tools: Robotics, MS Visio, Signavio, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps, AI, automation, Analytics, Agentic AI, Gen AI etc
  • Certification Preferred - Six Sigma, TOGAF, PMP, Lean
