At Winning Consulting we are looking for an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to join a strategic transformation engagement with a European financial institution.
The role is based in Spain (any location) in a hybrid model, with travels to Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the definition of an AI and data strategy aligned with the institution's mandate, priorities and operating model.
Analyse current business processes and ways of working, helping to design future-state operating models and AI-enabled workflows.
Support the identification, qualification and prioritisation of AI use cases across functions, using structured criteria.
Prepare, co-design and facilitate workshops with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on vision, use cases and roadmap, ensuring tangible and actionable outputs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to collect inputs, validate findings and align expectations.
