About the Role
A summary of the responsibilities of the post:
To lead a programme to implement Hackney’s Digital Strategy, ensuring robust and effective programme and project management is in place to support delivery of programme benefits.
To develop and implement a roadmap for Hackney’s digital transformation.
To lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to design, deliver and support digital change.
To advise and support Work stream leads, Corporate Directors and Directors to enable services to achieve objectives through a ‘digital by design’ approach to transformation.
To lead and embed cultural change required to support effective digital transformation.
Deliver, implement and support others to ensure that the Council’s values and practises always meet our objectives for security, financial prudence and transparency, inclusion and sustainability.
