The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms. A proven track record in building and leading high-performing technology teams is also essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the design and governance of our loyalty technology architecture, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, integrating automation, cloud solutions, and data-driven capabilities across our loyalty platform and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA or executive education is a strong plus.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in IT leadership, platform development, or technology strategy roles.
  • Proven expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms, with strong knowledge of architecture serverless, APIs, and integrations.
