Responsibilities




  • Manage and supervise the team members to study, evaluate and analyze current organizational systems, methods, procedures and workflows to identify areas for improvement

  • Act as a change management facilitator to provide solutions for the organizational problems and drive organizational change

  • Prepare the proposal for the project and maintain updated documentation including flow charts, specification, manuals and job description etc.

  • Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the project successfully 



  • Requirements




  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or other related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in enterprise-wide program, campaign implementation and digitalizing office system
