Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the team members to study, evaluate and analyze current organizational systems, methods, procedures and workflows to identify areas for improvement Act as a change management facilitator to provide solutions for the organizational problems and drive organizational change Prepare the proposal for the project and maintain updated documentation including flow charts, specification, manuals and job description etc. Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the project successfully Requirements
