Role Overview
The Digital Transformation Manager will lead and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and business performance. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep experience in managing large-scale digital programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving organizational change through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s digital transformation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs including automation, digitization, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering, automation, and optimization across business functions.
- Oversee implementation of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business heads, IT teams, and external technology partners.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to track transformation outcomes and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and board-level reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology strategy.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms, cloud technologies, automation tools, and data analytics solutions.
- Proven project and program management capabilities for large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology with organizational goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change in complex environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- 12–18 years of total professional experience, with significant exposure to digital transformation, IT strategy, process improvement, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in leading organization-wide digital transformation programs.
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing external vendors/partners.
