Digital Transformation Manager

The Kissflow Client Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to client stakeholders at large enterprise clients, with a focus on driving high-impact digital transformation programs leveraging the Kissflow platform. This individual will balance client consulting, executive relationship management, and delivery oversight—ensuring clients realize maximum value from their investment in Kissflow’s low-code/no-code (LCNC) solutions
Key Responsibilities
Advise business and technology leaders on digital transformation strategies and adoption of LCNC platforms, leading to tangible business outcomes
Facilitate ideation workshops with diverse business units to identify and unlock value from enterprise-wide transformation programs
Bridge the gap between Kissflow's delivery teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals, solution design, implementation, and adoption
