About the Role

The Digital Transformation Officer drives projects that digitize workflows, improve efficiency, and integrate modern technologies into SCG’s India operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process digitalization.
• Support implementation of automation, ERP, or data-driven tools.
• Collaborate with business units to improve user adoption.
• Track digital project KPIs and report progress.
• Research emerging technologies relevant to SCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or Engineering.
• 0–3 years in digital or innovation roles;
  new graduates are welcome .
• Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
