The Digital Workforce Enablement (DWE) team empowers our global workforce with next-gen skills and employee-centered resources to fuel business growth. This team is a cornerstone within the larger Digital Enablement organization, sponsored by the Huron Digital global capability leader.

As a DWE Program Specialist focused on global support, you will coordinate and execute key offerings, programs, and events, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement across multiple global initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive global team player with strong communication and coordination skills, and a passion for professional development and workforce readiness. This position is full-time and ideally based in Bengaluru (Bangalore) to support hybrid work arrangements with 25-50% of time spent in the office. Candidates from other areas of India (IST) will be considered. The position will report to the Sr Director of DWE and partner closely with the Sr Manager for DWE global initiatives based in Bengaluru, working in close partnership with a global team and leadership based in the US and India.

Requirements:

  • Global New Analyst Training Program Support (NATP): Coordinate with DWE leads and local facilitators to ensure smooth integration into the NATP learning journey for campus hires / freshers. Schedule live training sessions with SMEs and assign online modules in Workday for new analysts. Support scaling up NATP Analyst Consulting Skills Bootcamp with pilot for India and engagement across business units – coordinating sessions and working with SMEs to deliver program locally.
  • Digital Onboarding Program Support: Facilitate onboarding for experienced hires by scheduling live sessions and assigning relevant online training in Workday as well as checklists. Responsibilities may include pulling the upcoming hires report each week, engaging new hires, coaches and stewards to activate the Digital Welcome and Onboarding process, supporting process optimization and automation, serving as backup for Digital Welcome sessions in IST time zone, collecting program feedback from new hires, and periodically surveying team leads for checklist updates. Provide global Digital Internship Program support and engagement for interns based in India.
  • DWE Event and Session Management: Working closely with the global DWE team, help coordinate quarterly FLY Day India events and Spark Innovation sessions in collaboration with leads. Manage end-to-end logistics including the following: 1) coordinate sessions and facilitators 2) manage Workday course creation requests, 3) manage feedback forms and attendance tracking, 4) share
  • attendance reports with the Learning & Talent team for Workday Learning updates, 5) collect feedback, registration and completion data points and insights to share for continuous improvement. 
  • Meeting and Event Backup: Serve as a DWE backup for meetings, info sessions and events, including professional development office hours, DWE updates in town halls, DWE introduction calls, FLY Day session kickoff, and support for similar virtual and in-person offerings. 
  • Knowledge Management (KM) Engagement: Contribute to KM optimization plans and best practices discussions, dashboard development, and KPI tracking. Suggest improvements to enhance Knowledge Management processes and practices. Support initiatives to accelerate AI and Tools adoption.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support and engage with our Business Unit (BU) Champions across DWE strategic pillars focused on workforce readiness, knowledge management, and AI innovation to gather status updates and ensure timely follow-up on actions. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders at various levels to track progress and elevate blockers.
  • Communication, Metrics and Reporting: Contribute to quarterly DWE update for the Digital team, highlighting recent updates on the Digital Hub and key highlights. Support creation and delivery of DWE metrics and KPIs. Support quarterly DWE report by summarizing cross-Digital and BU-level updates, associated activity and impact highlights. Track and maintain visibility of Spark Innovation inputs submitted by India team. Manage DWE email inbox. Other global DWE priorities as assigned.
  • Preferences:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, and/or workforce enablement. Experience in a global organization and/or consulting environment is a plus.
  • Location: Based in Bengaluru (Bangalore) to engage local teams on-site as well as remote colleagues across India and multiple regions. Hybrid work arrangements with up to 25-50% of time in office. Candidates from other areas of India (IST) will be considered. Must be flexible to work across global time zones, but primarily IST. This is an internal-facing, non-billable role with minimal travel.

  • Knowledge of Workday Learning or similar Learning Management System platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and practices is a plus.
