JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Digital/Data/AI/ML Sales Hunter Role for US Market
Reporting: Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and/or CEO
Candidate Residence / Work Location: Bengaluru; Brigade Tech Park
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling one or more of the following End-to-End Data/AI/ML/Analytics and Digital Product Engineering Services for the U. S. Market.
- Prospects and customers would belong to one or more of the following verticals: Transportation and Logistics, Oil and Gas, Industrial, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Ed Tech.
- Responsible to grow the Data/AI/ML/Digital footprint within the Transportation and Logistics, Oil and Gas, Industrial, Hi Tech, Ed Tech verticals.
Services Portfolio will include:
- Data/AI/ML/Analytics: Cloud and Data Infrastructure, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Bricks and Snow Flake Implementation, Fin Ops, Data Ops, MLOps, LLMOps, Gen AI Solutions Engineering, Data Security and Implementation, Enterprise Business and Digital Platform Analytics.
- Digital Product and Platform Engineering: Cloud Services / Solutions, Application Development, Full Stack Development, Dev Ops, Mobile Apps Development, Analytics, Testing, Automation Services.
- End-to-End Sales Hunting Leadership and account management.
- Work with 3+ Inside Sales Executives (i.e., Lead Generators) based in Bengaluru.
- Develop / Implement strategic and operational sales plan
Focus on new logo hunting:
- Create pipeline of high-value accounts
- Focus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers
- Build, sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customers
- Attend US Conferences and Trade Shows for In-Person Lead Generation
- Lead and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Drive focused campaigns
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree (Engineering degree preferred); additional MBA preferred Experience:
- 12-20 Years total Experience
- 5+ Years US Sales experience (Must Have)
- Years of experience working and/or studying in US (strongly preferred)
Domain Knowledge (Must Have): Cloud/Data/AI/ML/Analytics Engineering Services and/or Digital Product Engineering Services
Vertical Experience (Nice to Have): Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Transportation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and Oil & Gas, Ed Tech
Hunting (Must Have): Strong hunting experience and mindset
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage junior salespeople
- Price and contract negotiation and closure
- Attending and prospecting in trade shows and other networking events, whenever necessary
- Capability to have a CXO and Digital leadership level conversation
- Capability to have high impact conversation and give suggestions on outsourcing process to the customer
- Capability to set buying criteria and develop coaches in large deals
- Should be comfortable focusing on hunting
- Should have experience of remotely managing teams by driving, motivating and mentoring them
- Thorough understanding of dual shore business model and related win themes and value propositions
- Must have hunting experience in acquiring new blue-chip customers
- Very comfortable communicating / selling to customers in US
- Proven track record in winning long-term strategic deals
- High-energy and passion for success
