Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support the digitalisation of archival materials at SBG Library. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of photographs and other archival materials for digitalisation.

  • Inventorying and listing archival items.

  • Organising and managing digitalised files received from vendors.

  • Conducting quality checks on digital outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

  • Self-directed and able to work independently.

  • Highly detail-oriented and organised.

  • Ability to follow established processes consistently.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or equivalent.

Duration/ Working hours:
