FUNCTIONS

Transnacional company is seeking for: Digitalization Champion The task covers the wide spectrum of digitalization within the supply chain, starting with the development of future-oriented concepts through to global implementation in cross-location projects. Tasks:Develop SC-wide digitalization strategy and derive global digitalization roadmapDefine concepts for cross-divisional and cross-site digitalization, networking and visualization of process chains in production and logistics (smart factory) from the supplier to the customerDevelop data models for the production and logistics of the future, e.g. horizontal and vertical data integration, taking into account, connecting and integrating the higher-level IT and software infrastructure.Identify future-relevant topics as well as international technology scouting with regard to digitalization, Industry 4.0 /IIoT along the entire supply chainPlan, coordinate, conduct and follow up on workshops and cross-site projects with independent evaluation ofpotentials and results to improve supply chain processesContribute to the design of concepts for agile value networks based on digital technologiesClose integration and coordination with company-wide lean activities within as well as close cooperation with the relevant departments inside and outside as well as the global production and logistics locationsNetworking (working groups, research institutes, associations)Identify and roll out best practices and standards across the global manufacturing and logistics networkAspects of digitalization and Industry 4.0 // Anchoring IIoT as an integral part of corporate culture Digital Transformation following expertise:Completed technical studies and experience in the production and logistics area Good overview of common IT applications in the production; logistics environmentHigh technical understanding and high IT affinity as well as interest in future-oriented topics in relation to digitalization and Industry 4.0Enthusiasm for digitalization innovations and their effective & efficient use in the companyBasic knowledge of business economy and administrationStructured and independent way of workingSolution-oriented, analytical and process-oriented thinking skillsExperience with MS-Office, project management and process modeling tools and confident in presentation andfacilitation techniques.Distinct target and result orientationquick comprehension, high sense of responsibility, very good analytical skills and organizational talentBusiness fluent in German and English, willingness to travel
