This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and drives adoption of digital manufacturing solutions—including MES, IIoT, automation, analytics, and workflow tools—across Motion factories. The role strengthens data‑driven operations, standard processes, and Industry 4.0 capabilities to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
