Dim Sum Chef is responsible for maintaining the Dim Sum & Wok Kitchens, assist in the formation of the menu, and ensuring food & cleanliness standards are met.

Role Purpose

The Dim Sum Chef is responsible for maintaining the Dim Sum & Wok Kitchens, assist in the formation of the menu, and ensuring food & cleanliness standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Dim Sum and Wok Kitchens are managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements.
  • Organize food production in a cost‑effective and hygienic manner, and ensure food standards are maintained & continuously improved.
  • Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality of ingredients and ensure market lists are completed on a daily & weekly basis. Assist in the menu formulation process in the Dim Sum & Wok Kitchen; and in developing standards & procedures.
