We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all menu items meet brand standards by implementing quality control measures.
- Sustain menu updates and special activations by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining high food safety standards, adhering to HACCP guidelines, tracking waste management, monitoring equipment functionality and coordinating repairs.
