The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

  • The key responsibilities include reviewing bookings, planning shifts, managing Special Guests/VIPs/Groups arrivals/departures. This ensures that all guests receive exceptional service and the restaurant runs smoothly throughout the day.
  • Maintaining Food and Beverage areas prior to opening hours is crucial in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
