We are seeking a skilled Commis to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will have full responsibility for the efficient operation of kitchen procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating and storage.

The Commis will be responsible for producing all required food items to standard and in a timely manner within assigned sections. They must know and consistently comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules and guidelines.
