How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage dining room, lounge and room service that provide food services in a 200+ guest room hotel.
- Ensure the overall guests' dining experience provides a high level of service, FOH is in optimal condition and the environment and staff provide a friendly, customer-service focused experience
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the Food & Beverage management team
- Provide information and support to hotel guests
- Provide service training to servers
- Daily cash management with server cash outs balanced. Squirrel POS experience an asset.
- Server scheduling to meet labor targets and customer demand
- Liquor management and inventory
- Provide service support and assistance on the floor
- Food and Physical Safety procedures and policies followed
