DIP Machine Technician

Job Summary

The Wave Soldering / DIP Equipment Technician is responsible for the operation, setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of DIP production equipment. This role ensures stable equipment performance, consistent soldering quality, and efficient production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and debug wave soldering machines, selective soldering machines, de‑paneling machines, and PCB washing machines.
• Operate and support all DIP production equipment to ensure smooth daily production.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance for DIP equipment.
• Identify and resolve basic equipment abnormalities and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Support wave soldering line changeovers and production ramp‑up activities.
