Are you a natural nurturer with a big heart and a passion for helping little minds grow? If so, we've got the perfect job for you! At Mayfield Early Education, we're all about creating a cosy, safe, and fun environment where kids can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Why Work with Us? When you join Mayfield Early Education, you're not just joining a workplace—you’re joining a family! We’re dedicated to creating a warm, supportive community where both children and educators feel valued and cared for.

  • Collaborate with families, sharing insights and working together to support whole‑child development.
  • Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming, inclusive environment.
  • Use your keen observation skills to meet each child’s unique needs and interests.
  • Engage in professional development, keeping your skills sharp and aligned with best practices.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent) or working towards one.
  • A valid Blue Card.
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or a willingness to obtain).
  • A working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.
  • A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive.

What’s in it for you?

  • 15% wage uplift through the ECEC Worker Retention Grant.
  • Above‑award pay for the right candidates — we pay what you’re worth.
  • Generous childcare enrolment discounts across all Mayfield centres.
  • Relocation assistance available where applicable.
  • Clear career pathways, including leadership development opportunities if that’s where you want to head.
  • Ongoing professional development, including exciting overseas study tour opportunities.
  • Nationally recognised traineeships and qualifications, from Cert III through to Bachelor and Management‑level pathways, in partnership with KKTC (backed by TAFE).
  • Staff referral bonuses, reward and recognition programs, and a culture where your contribution is truly seen.
  • 24/7 confidential wellbeing, medical, and safety support for you and your family through Sonder.
