DiplomaElectrical.3-5 Years of Exp Should have hands on experience in electricalmaintenance, trouble shooting of breakdowns in CNCgrinding machines- VMC, HMC, Honing machines, SPMmachines. Should have experience of troubleshooting of Electricalequipments like Servo Drives, encoders, PLC modules,Power supplies, sensors used in CNC/ SPM machines. He should have knowledge of control and power circuitsof machines and be able to read electrical drawings. Should have skill of trouble shooting of problems relatedto CNC machines. Should have knowledge on Fanuc system and PLCsystems. Can work under high production pressure environment. Can read the electrical machine drawings. Should know basic maintenance systems like MTTBF,MTTR, Uptime, Why-Why analysis. Should know the basics of 5S, Kaizen concepts. Should have good idea of Safety and safe workenvironment.
