Direct Procurement Business Process Analyst – Care Enablement: EMEA

Our client, a leader in the global healthcare sector, is seeking a Direct Procurement Business Process Analyst to join their Care Enablement (Manufacturing) team. Client wants someone who will serve as the Process Architect, responsible for optimizing current procurement processes and shaping the future state of their global template for Direct Procurement (Req2PO). Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration between Source-to-Pay (STP) and key functions such as Plan-to-Make, Quote-to-Cash, and Supply Chain Planning. You will analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements to support a smooth transition to a new ERP system. This position requires a proactive problem‑solver who can collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
