Job Description
As a Buyer – Raw Material & Indirect you will be :
Responsible for handling Raw Material & Indirect procurement.
Coordination with supply chain & planning team to review stock & order the relevant quantity of RM based on MOQ and lead time.
RFQ floating to the approved vendors & market benchmarking.
Negotiate based on monthly/quarterly requirement.
Analyzing market trends and condition through market intelligence to anticipate commodity price movements. Proactively inform business & ensure order and supply post business alignment.
To participate in global new product initiative discussions with business and support in arranging samples.
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Organize filled Supplier Questionnaire (P-EHS) form from suppliers for all new materials.
Prepare monthly MIS and savings update report.
Attend regional con-call for market updates and support to other regional teams in...
