Our Inchcape Insurance team is seeking for a Direct Sales Call Center Agent to join our team in Athens. 


What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers interested in Toyota insurance products

  • Manage customer claims, renewals for insurance, including quotations, alternative offers, and coverage checks (e.g., vehicle value, discounts on codes handled)

  • Issue new insurance policies for partners
