This is a field-based, direct-to-home lead generation role . You’ll speak with homeowners, start real conversations about solar, and book appointments for our consultant team. If you’re competitive, personable, and willing to work, this role can be extremely rewarding.

Compensation

• Most new reps earn $4,000–$7,500/month
• Top performers exceed $10,000+/month
