**DirectSales Representative – AI & Machine Learning**
Are you a
results-driven sales professional motivated by building relationships and
driving growth in innovative technology spaces? Lionbridge is seeking a Direct
Sales Representative to support revenue growth across our AI & Machine
Learning solutions by engaging enterprise buyers, advancing opportunities, and
partnering across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you’ll
own defined segments of the sales motion-prospecting, discovery, and
opportunity development-while collaborating with senior sellers on larger, more
complex enterprise initiatives.
**What You Will Do**
**Pipeline Development& Prospect Engagement**
+ Identify, research, and engage enterprise prospects withinassigned industries or territories.
+ Execute targeted outbound outreach to initiateconversations and uncover new opportunities.
+ Build and manage a healthy pipeline focused on qualified,opportunity-rich engagements.
**Sales Execution &Deal Advancement**
+ Lead discovery conversations to understand customerobjectives, challenges, and AI use cases.
+ Advance opportunities through early-to-mid sales stageswith discipline and accuracy.
+ Partner with senior Account Executives and Sales Directorson complex or multi-stakeholder deals.
+ Support solution positioning, proposal development, andcustomer follow-up.
**Collaboration &Solution Alignment**
+ Work closely with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams toalign customer needs with AI data offerings.
+ Contribute to account strategy discussions and opportunityplanning.
+ Translate technical concepts into clear, business-focusedvalue conversations.
**Forecasting & SalesOperations**
+ Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, andreporting in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Follow established sales processes while continuouslyrefining selling approach and execution.
**Market Awareness &Brand Representation**
+ Stay informed on trends in AI, machine learning, and dataservices to enhance buyer conversations.
+ Represent Lionbridge with professionalism, credibility, andconsistency across all engagements.
**To Be Successful YouWill Have**
+ **Experience:** 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales,account management, or business development-ideally within technology, data, orprofessional services.
+ **Sales Capability:** Demonstrated successin prospecting, discovery, and opportunity progression.
+ **Commercial Acumen:** Ability to understandcustomer challenges and connect solutions to business outcomes.
+ **Communication:** Strong interpersonaland presentation skills across stakeholder levels.
+ **Execution Focus:** Organized, disciplinedapproach to managing pipeline, follow-ups, and priorities.
+ **Tools:** Experience using CRM platforms such asSalesforce and modern sales enablement tools.
+ **Adaptability:** Comfortable operating in a fast-moving,evolving market environment.
+ **Curiosity:** Interest in AI, data, and emergingtechnologies.
