Direct Service Trainee-DSP- Marion

Priority Staffing Group is hiring for one of the nation’s leading nonprofit behavioral health systems for Direct Service Trainee’s- DSP’s. Position is located in Marion, IL. Primary duty would involve providing day-to-day supervision and living skills instruction for residents as well as carrying out duties as assigned by the House Manager or Residential Coordinator. Will assist residents in developing an individualized treatment plan. Will monitor the progress of treatment plans and participate in treatment plan reviews as assigned. Will assist residents with making linkage with internal and external resources as outlined in treatment plan. Will provide transportation for residents as needed. Will provide personal care/physical assistance as needed. Will attend staff meetings, inter-disciplinary staffing and other internal meetings as assigned.
