Job Description

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time positions working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) in the Shillington, PA area. The DSPs will be working in an Adult Day Program setting with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm. Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably some experience working with individuals with IDDs.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Experience working with intellectual disabilities (or related) is preferred

  • Must be comfortable with hands-on hygiene care

    • Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assist activities of daily living to the individuals
