Direct Support Professional

Position Summary The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs.

The DSP assists clients in achieving their personal goals, increasing their independence, and improving their quality of life while ensuring their safety and well-being in home, community, and day program settings.

Key Responsibilities Provide daily living assistance, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and medication support.
