Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide overnight support to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome by ensuring a safe, restful, and secure environment while remaining available to address any emergencies or resident needs that arise during the night. This position permits sleep during scheduled hours in accordance with the awake/sleep schedule outlined by the group home, while maintaining readiness to assist as needed.
