We are a 245D licensed program which provides services to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We operate 4 person group homes, all in Hastings, MN. We offer our residents the opportunity to live a healthy, productive, and rewarding life in their community, while still having the support they need to manage their condition.

Schedules available:

Various Part time shifts - weekdays. Mon-Fri 6am-8:30am; Wed/Thurs 1:30pm-8pm;, overnights (both awake overnight and asleep overnight).

Salary: $18.00 hourly base rate, +$1.00 shift differential on weekend shifts. Asleep overnight shift paid at $11.13/hr during sleep hours.
