Location: Delhi
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: CA or CS (Mandatory)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Role Overview
The Direct Tax Senior Consultant will be responsible for handling direct tax compliance, assessments, and litigation matters. The role requires hands-on experience in representing clients before tax authorities and supporting senior team members in complex tax matters, including search and seizure cases.
Key Responsibilities
Handle direct tax compliance for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies
Manage income tax assessments , reassessments, and rectification proceedings
Prepare and file responses to notices issued under the Income-tax Act
Assist and independently handle tax litigation matters before:
Income Tax Authorities
CIT (Appeals)
ITAT (as applicable to experience level)
Support matters related to Search & Seizure , including:...
