Role Overview:

The role is responsible for managing direct tax compliance, assessments, and advisory

matters for RK Group’s e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle income tax compliance, including returns, advance tax, and tax audits
• Manage scrutiny assessments, notices, and departmental representation
• Support tax planning and advisory for business transactions
• Review TDS compliances and reconciliations
• Coordinate with external consultants and auditors
• Track changes in tax laws and assess impact on business
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act and allied laws
• Experience with corporate taxation and assessments
• Good analytical and communication skills

Preferred Background:

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or fast-growing corporate setups
