Direct Tax Manager - Extensions & Estimates

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager with strong expertise in U.S. Direct Tax, particularly in extensions and estimates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing U.S. tax compliance and advisory tasks for clients, as well as excellent communication skills for regular interaction with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders. This role requires a professional with strong technical tax knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preparation and review of U.S. direct tax returns, including extensions and estimated tax calculations.
• Provide strategic tax advice to U.S. clients regarding compliance obligations, deadlines, and planning opportunities.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based clients to gather data, clarify queries, and deliver accurate and timely filings.
