Insight Global is seeking an experienced HDD Directional Drill Operator / Crew Foreman in the Grand Rapids, MI and Battle Creek, MI areas to lead and execute underground directional drilling projects with precision and professionalism. This role requires strong technical drilling knowledge, proven heavy equipment operation skills, and the ability to manage crews in fast‑paced construction environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with excavation, utility installation, and machinery such as excavators, backhoes, water trucks, and dump trucks. As a Crew Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with both internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification.
