Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Account Delivery Head – Director level, to lead end-to-end delivery for strategic accounts in the Data Engineering and Analytics space. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge in modern data platforms, strong client management skills, managing delivery quality and proven expertise in managing P&L and driving margin improvements across large delivery engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Client Leadership: Act as the senior delivery leader and trusted partner for healthcare and/or pharma clients, ensuring successful execution of engagements that improve patient outcomes, optimize operations, and reduce costs for the client.
• Delivery & Execution: Lead large-scale, multi-year data, AI, and analytics programs across healthcare value chain—spanning clinical, operational, and financial domains.
• Consulting & Advisory: Shape and influence client strategies by aligning advanced analytics and data engineering solutions with healthcare industry priorities such as population health, patient engagement, care management and fraud/waste/abuse detection. Knowledge in clinical trials, commercial, Real World Data In Pharma sector will be valued.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities in your client base for leveraging decision sciences, AI/ML, and digital platforms to accelerate healthcare transformation and therefore drive revenue growth for the account.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, compliance, sales, and pre-sales) to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery excellence, and client success.
• Margin management: Drive continuous margin improvement initiatives in your accounts through various levers like resource rotation, pyramid optimization, better pricing and so on
• Two in a box with Client partner: Work very closely with client partner(s) of your accounts in managing the client relationship and handling any potential delivery escalations. Drive growth in the account in collaboration with client partner(s)
• Team Leadership: Mentor and build high-performing delivery teams with strong healthcare analytics expertise; foster collaboration and continuous learning to keep attritions levels near zero for high performers
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in analytics, AI, and data platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: At least 16+ years overall, with a minimum of 7 years in client-facing consulting/delivery leadership roles.
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of experience delivering analytics, data engineering, or digital transformation solutions preferably with healthcare clients (payer, provider, pharma, med-tech).
• Track Record: Proven success in managing global programs, large-scale transformation initiatives, and high-value healthcare accounts.
• Skills: Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management; adept at influencing in complex, regulated environments.
