Job Description

Our client are a global engineering and technology solutions provider, working across multiple industries.

They are looking for a Director of Account Management to join them and be responsible for the maximization of the global Account penetration and profitable growth of the defined Key Accounts.

He/she has to represent our client in all strategic activities and act as an interface between the customer (customer's HQ) and the internal organization (HQ & Regions). Additionally he/she acts as the advocate for the customer’s interests and shows a personal long-term commitment for his/her customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- The GAM develops a strategic global partnership and establishes relationships with the appropriate Key Account Customer’s key decision makers, executives, CXOs and Board and ensures access to the account for the different portfolio teams, combines the know-how and forms the communication hub.
