Job Description

The Director of AI Model Optimization at Openchip will focus on maximizing the efficiency of AI models on our custom hardware platforms. This role requires deep expertise in model compression, quantization, and hardware-aware AI optimization to ensure high performance across diverse computing environments. The ideal candidate will bridge AI software and hardware disciplines to push the boundaries of AI efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and optimization of AI models to run efficiently on Openchip’s custom hardware platforms.
  • Drive research and implementation of model optimization techniques such as quantization, mixed-precision training, pruning, and model distillation.
