Director - AI/ML

Modlix is an AI-powered marketing operating system for SMBs, offering an all-in-one platform that integrates website creation, digital marketing, CRM, post-sales management, and analytics. We empower businesses to scale their digital presence under one unified system.

We are seeking highly skilled, research oriented and experienced AI/ML, Generative AI professional to head our AI/ML products focused on marketing domain. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of AI/ML professionals, driving the development of AI and machine learning solutions tailored for the sales and marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• AI/ML Products: Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems and develop products in sales & marketing domain.
• Generative AI: Explore and implement generative AI techniques to create novel solutions for product development, risk assessment, and customer engagement.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and analysis of large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative AI, and drive continuous innovation within the team.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java; experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies in AI/ML and generative AI.
• Prior research publications in AI/ML domain a significant plus.
