Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Architecture to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our digital consumer facing technology landscape. This leader will define system-wide architectural standards, ensure scalability and compliance, and drive innovation across our global gaming platform.

The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise with strategic foresight — designing solutions that balance innovation, reliability, and regulatory rigor.
