Section I: General Description

Perform all administrative tasks inherent to the director and support activities required by the departments.

Section II: Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Professional degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience related to the position.

Section III: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications

  • Bilingual (English-Spanish)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange)
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)

Section IV: Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist the director in the SAP management process.
  • Manage departmental purchases.
  • Ensure the accuracy of expense reports.
  • Assist with departmental travel reservations.
  • Assist with travel plans for visitors coming to Mexico.
